Refunds/Returns: You may receive a refund for your purchase from shopmaude.com once you gain approval for your return. All returns must have an RMA number. Returns lacking an RMA number will be mailed back to you.
To receive an RMA number, you must e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. If the item meets the criteria, you will be e-mailed an RMA number. Please put the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box you are shipping the item(s) in.
1. Items must be unworn.
2. Items must have original tags attached.
3. Items must be approved for return and postmarked within 2 weeks of the purchase date.
4. All worn or washed items, sale, intimates and accessories are final and will be mailed back to you.
5. If you received free shipping, our shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund.
6. If you order from shopmaude.com and bring the item in store for return or exchange, we must then adhere to the in-store policy, which is: Store credit only. With tags and reciept within 14 days of purchase. Worn or washed items, sale, intimates, accessories and swim are final sales.
