We know that not every purchase will fit & returns or exchanges are sometimes needed. ALL RETURNS ARE FOR MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY. All returns must have an RMA number. Returns lacking an RMA number will be mailed back to you.
To receive an RMA number, you must fill out this form. If the item meets the criteria, you will be e-mailed an RMA number. Please put the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box you are shipping the item(s) in.
- All returns must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date.
- All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, & smoke-free condition.
- All sale, beauty, intimates, swim, jewelry and accessories are FINAL and will be mailed back to you or charged a restocking fee of 20-50%.
- All items must be returned with their original tags attached. Clothing returned without original tags or not in compliance with our return policy will be refused or charged a 20-50% restock fee.
- Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you received free shipping, our shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund.
- Damaged items are only valid for an in-store credit only past the three day notification policy. Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
